3.1 Permitted Uses: • Use for professional and marketing purposes • Competitive research and analysis • Creative inspiration for developing own campaigns • Internal collaboration on marketing projects 3.2 Prohibited Uses: • Commercial redistribution: Resale or redistribution of platform content • Intellectual property violation: Direct commercial use of third-party creatives without authorization • Reverse engineering: Attempts to copy, modify or create derivative works of the software • Malicious activities: Use for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity • System overload: Use of unauthorized bots or automated tools 3.3 Liability Limitations for Third-Party Content: Ads displayed on the platform are for educational and inspirational purposes only. Hacks.ad does not grant rights for commercial use of third-party creatives and is not responsible for copyright violations arising from improper use of this content.

4.1 Definition: "User Content" includes any material you upload, submit or make available through the Service, including ads, creatives, texts, images, videos and metadata. 4.2 License Granted: By submitting User Content, you grant Hacks.ad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to: • Store, display and process the content • Create derivative versions to improve our AI services • Use for algorithm training purposes (in anonymized form) 4.3 User Responsibilities: You represent and warrant that: • You own all necessary rights to submitted content • The content does not violate third-party rights • The content complies with all applicable laws 4.4 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5.1 Hacks.ad Property: All rights to the software, brand, design, features and original content of Hacks.ad are our exclusive property. 5.2 Third-Party Content: Third-party ads displayed may contain copyrighted material. Hacks.ad does not claim ownership of third-party creative content and operates under fair use principles for educational purposes. 5.3 DMCA Policy: We respect intellectual property rights. 6.1 Pricing Structure: • Paid Plans: Complete access according to each plan's specifications 6.2 Billing and Renewal: • Payments processed via third-party providers (Stripe) • Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice 6.3 Refunds: Refunds are evaluated case by case, within 30 days of billing, according to our complete refund policy.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of performance, fitness or uninterrupted availability. 7.2 Limitation of Damages: Under no circumstances shall Hacks.ad's liability exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event that generated the liability. 7.3 Exclusions: We are not responsible for: • Specific performance results of campaigns • Legal compliance of generated creatives • Indirect, consequential damages or lost profits

8.1 Termination by Hacks.ad: We may suspend or terminate your account for: • Violation of these terms • Non-payment of due fees • Suspicious or fraudulent activity 8.2 Termination by User: You may cancel your account at any time through platform settings or by contacting our support. 8.3 Effects of Termination: After termination, your access will be removed, but prior obligations remain valid.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email and platform notification.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Brazil, except where local laws require another jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
